How to use this learning tool
Your progress at any time as you make your way through the module can be seen in the progress bar at the bottom of the page which looks like this:
Each colour on the bar represents a different part.
When you reach the end of a part you can navigate to the next part by clicking on the End of Part button which will appear on that part’s final page. It looks like this:
You can also use the navigation at the top of the page to move back and forth between parts.
Some of the parts have short interactive exercises where you can customise some of the ideas of Check-back to suit your own experiences. Instructions for these exercises are provided in place.
This HELP menu can be accessed throughout the module from a link in the top-right corner of the page.
